Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment either in the normal way or via Paypal - make your choice at checkout. If you prefer to pay by cheque, bank transfer or postal order please select 'invoice with order' at checkout and we will call to make arrangements.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Bikes are sent by within mainland UK via either FedEx or City Link, next working day service at a cost of just £6.00. However shipments to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Scottish Islands carry a surcharge of £25.00. Please ask for a shipping quote for all other destinations.
Accessories ordered individually are sent by Royal Mail First Class post.
|Delivery Schedule We carry extensive stock of all products on the Helemill website in our own warehousing facility, we do not rely on others to hold stock for us. Therefore if you place your order before 14:00 you will receive your bike next working day. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock we can usually ship within 2-3 working days but we will contact you with full details of the delivery schedule.|
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
We are a VAT registered company and charge VAT at the prevailing rate on all products sold on this website.
|Credit Card Security We use the Actinic Payments system to process our credit card transactions providing total peace of mind. Credit card information is not passed to us, so unless you place your order verbally with us, we do not have access to your personal details, which are not held in clear text on any web site.|
|Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. LIKEaBIKE products come with a 2 year guarantee and the SIBI range with a 1 year guarantee against defective workmanship.|

Hele Mill do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Within 14 days of purchase you may return, at your cost, any goods that remain in unopened, new condition for a full refund, less the original shipping cost.
Within the warranty period please return any faulty items to us, together with a copy of your proof of purchase. Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced free of charge and returned to you. However, if the goods are found not to have a genuine fault we will contact you to inform you and offer to return the goods at our normal shipping cost.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Goods will not be despatched until remittance is received (and in the case of cheques, cleared) in full.
