Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment either in the normal way or via Paypal - make your choice at checkout. If you prefer to pay by cheque, bank transfer or postal order please select 'invoice with order' at checkout and we will call to make arrangements.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling. Goods are sent within mainland UK via City Link, guaranteed next working day service at a cost of £6.00. However shipments to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Scottish Islands carry a surcharge of £17.50. Please ask for a shipping quote for all other destinations.
Accessories ordered individually are sent by Royal Mail First Class post.
Delivery Schedule. If goods are in stock and you place your order before 14:00 you will receive your bike next working day. If we are out of stock we can usually ship within 2-3 working days but we will contact you with full details of the delivery schedule.
Back Orders. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges. VAT is chargeable at the prevailing rate, currently 17.5%, on all goods. Our VAT registration no is 695 9350 78.
Credit Card Security. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee. We guarantee your satisfaction. LIKEaBIKE products come with a 2 year guarantee and the SIBI range with a 1 year guarantee against defective workmanship. Within the warranty period please return any faulty items to us, together with a copy of your proof of purchase. Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced free of charge and returned to you. However, if the goods are found not to have a genuine fault we will contact you to inform you and offer to return the goods at our normal shipping cost.
