Zoom comes supplied with a soft comfortable saddle, two seat posts for a wide sizing range of 34-51cm and a quick-release lever to quickly get the height just right. Zoom has a very high specification level including a lightweight alloy frame, alloy rims, 12" Kenda tyres and weighs in at 5kg. With full bearings throughout, domed wheel nuts and safety tabs, this is a no-compromise beginner bike made by Ridgeback, one of the world's leading Bicycle manufacturers.
The transition between walking, freewheeling and steering is simple. The Zoom's rear brake establishes early understanding of how to slow down. Once balance is mastered, it's just a small step to move onto a bike with pedals, without the need for stabilisers.
The Adventure Zoom requires a small amount of self assembly, taking about 10 minutes to fit the handlebars, saddle and wheel to the frame - you will need a 6mm allen key and spanner for the job.
